A brand new luxury fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with a seaview in a beautiful setting, directly opposite the harbour in the traditional fishing village of Villaricos near Vera Playa and Mojacar. The apartment is child friendly being laid out on a single floor with no stairs/steps with a cot and high-chair available. i) Rates are for the apartment not per person. Per night rates apply for bookings less than a week. The per week rate is used to calculate rentals for 8 or more nights on a pro-rata basis. Long term rates are available during off-peak periods from £150 per week - contact owners to discuss.
ii) A deposit of £50 (€60) is required to confirm each booking.
iii) The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival date.
iv) Cancellation with more than 6 weeks' notice results in loss of deposit. A 50% refund will be given in the event of cancellation with 4-6 weeks' notice. No refund with less than 4 weeks' notice.
